The LimbO Adult Elbow Cover is comfortable, easy-to-use, reusable waterproof protector which is recommended for use in the shower or bath. The cover provides a soft watertight neoprene seal that protects your PICC line but does not constrict blood flow.

The Limbo Waterproof PICC Line Cover at a glance:

  • Comfortable, waterproof protection for PICC lines or midline
  • Easy to re-use daily - just hang it up to dry after use
  • Used and recommended throughout the NHS
  • Suitable for showering or bathing

Cancer patients often receive treatment through a PICC line and many of our community struggle to find a convenient and waterproof cover when showering or having a bath.

The Limbo Waterproof PICC Line Cover fits easily over your PICC site to create a waterproof tube that allows you to have a shower or bath more easily - no more wrapping your arm in clingfilm or plastic bags!

The seal comes in two sizes & comfortably grips 10cm above and 10cm below the elbow. It is extremely durable, made from two layers of PVC with a nylon mesh for extra strength, meaning it can be used time and time again. Just hang it up to dry after your bath or shower and it will be ready to use again tomorrow.

Limbo Waterproof PICC Line Cover Sizing:

  • The M65 will fit an upper arm circumference between 25-29cm.
  • The M75 will fit an upper arm circumference between 30-40cm.

Check that the neoprene seal remains undamaged before using.

Carefully follow the fitting instructions for your LimbO, to ensure that it is watertight.

The LimbO should not be worn for more than 20-30 minutes at a time, as the trapped air gets quite warm which can cause condensation.

After use, follow the simple care guidelines in the fitting instructions to ensure that your LimbO will last for the average user's duration of treatment.
