When 25-year-old CanPlan founder Sharon Kim's mom was diagnosed with uterine cancer, she felt overwhelmed by the amount of appointments, information and medical jargon they were facing together.

As a caregiver for her mom, Sharon wanted a way to record all the important information they needed from different doctors, nurses and medical teams, as well as her thoughts and feelings during her mom's treatment. When her mom sadly passed away, Sharon wanted to use her experience to help others going through the whirlwind of cancer treatment.

Using her own experience and feedback from over 100 cancer survivors, Sharon created the CanPlan planner, a flexible, personalised guide to making sense of your cancer treatment.

The beautiful planner features handy tracking pages for keeping an eye on your medical progress, tips from people who have been through cancer treatment themselves, as well as room for thoughts, feelings, and positive psychology exercises that can help you stay mentally strong through your treatment and beyond.
